Greenwater Ridge – Cottonwood Burl & Emerald Epoxy River Dining Table
Greenwater Ridge was built to feel like a river valley in motion.
This 10' x 42" dining table was handcrafted from premium cottonwood burl slabs sourced through GL Veneer, each one selected for its wild grain, natural voids, and organic shape. Between them, I poured a deep emerald epoxy river, layered with pearl and forest-green pigment to give it depth and light shift.
At the center of the table, I cast a matching lazy susan from the same burl and resin blend—molded, polished, and finished to the same standard as the table itself. It turns cleanly without breaking the surface flow.
The table’s finish is a zero-VOC hard-wax oil that protects without dulling the grain or resin clarity. Every surface is hand-sanded and sealed until it feels like glass but still reads like wood.
This table was a private commission, but if Greenwater Ridge speaks to your space, I’d be glad to build one for you—from slab selection to base design to final polish. Every step is hands-on, and every table is one-of-a-kind.
